Responsibilities

• Analyze data and draft implementation plans for production process optimization
• Maximize efficiencies by eliminating waste of valuable resources to reduce operating costs
• Lead multiple teams on projects, providing direction and coaching to ensure successful outcomes
• Anticipate external business, vendor, and regulatory issues and provide proactive solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of team management or project leadership experience
• Knowledge of engineering principles and techniques related to food processing and the meat industry
• Experience in project management, contract administration, and interpreting national codes and standards
• Proficiency in engineering economics, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability

Requires proficiency in robotic and controls knowledge to execute innovative solutions.
