We need to output HTML fragment with sections only where content exists. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We need to extract content. Given description includes location, position status, salary level, reports to, travel, about Mercy Corps, Institutional Donor Engagement, position summary, essential job responsibilities (with subheadings: STRATEGY, DONOR RELATIONS AND REPRESENTATION, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, DEVELOPING CLIMATE FINANCE LITERACY ACROSS THE AGENCY, GENERAL, Accountability, Reports Directly To, Works Directly With, etc.), Minimum Qualification & Transferable Skills (Qualifications and Experience Essential, Desirable), Living Conditions / Environmental Conditions, Ongoing Learning, Team Engagement and Effectiveness, Equal Employment Opportunity, Safeguarding & Ethics. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal. Also remove sections like Equal Employment Opportunity, Safeguarding & Ethics (these are boilerplate). Also remove Living Conditions? Might be considered not boilerplate but maybe keep? It's about location flexibility and travel; could be relevant but not a standard heading. We can incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities? Probably better to keep as part of About the role (location). But we must not invent sections; we can include location info in a

under About the role. We need sections: About the role (maybe include location, position status, reports to, travel). Responsibilities (the essential job responsibilities). Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualification & Transferable Skills essential). Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements? But we can combine). Skills (maybe desirable experience). Benefits, Pay, Schedule only if present. The posting includes Salary Level: HQ6, Role will be benchmarked on local scale. That's pay info. So we can include Pay section with that. Benefits? Not mentioned besides ongoing learning (5% time for learning) and maybe team engagement. Could treat ongoing learning as a benefit? Might be considered a benefit. But we should only include Benefits if posting actually states them. It mentions "Ongoing Learning In support of our belief that learning organizations are more effective..." that's a benefit. Also "Team Engagement and Effectiveness" maybe not a benefit. We'll include Ongoing Learning as a benefit. Schedule? Not mentioned besides full time. Could include Schedule section with "Full time". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's craft:

About the role

Location: Remote (Europe, Africa, Middle East or Asia where Mercy Corps has operations). Position Status: Full time. Reports to: Vice President, Institutional Donor Engagement. Travel: approximately 10%.

Mercy Corps is powered by the belief that a better world is possible. To do this, we know our teams do their best work when they are diverse and every team member feels that they belong. We welcome diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and skills so that we can be stronger and have long term impact.

Institutional Donor Engagement leads Mercy Corps’ work in identifying, building relationships with and developing and submitting fundraising proposals to potential institutional donors from governments and multilateral donors around the world. It comprises the Business Development team, which leads on large and complex proposals, and the Strategic Institutional Partnerships team, which leads on research and relationship management.

This position leads Mercy Corps’ efforts to secure grants and investments in Mercy Corps’ climate-focused work, primarily from the Green Climate Fund. Mercy Corps expects to become GCF accredited in late 2026, and now seeks to expand its funding pipeline and build internal capacity to successfully acquire GCF and other climate-focused investments. This is very much an external-facing position and Mercy Corps is looking for a candidate who can both bring deep knowledge of individuals, policies and practices within GCF, and who can represent Mercy Corps externally, as well as support others in doing so. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, excel at networking and building long-term relationships and will be proactive and creative in their work. They will work in partnerships with a range of teams across the agency, in particular our Climate Solutions team to ensure technical quality of proposal pipelines, develop and operationalize an influence strategy, and generally working together to ensure adequate institutional capacity to lead GCF programs is strengthened.

That covers About the role. Now Responsibilities: we need to list essential job responsibilities with subheadings maybe as
  • . Could keep headings inside

Might be considered generic; but it's part of responsibilities? It's more about expectations. Could include as bullet. We'll extract bullet points: STRATEGY: - Develop a strategic vision for engagement with climate finance institutions, with an initial emphasis on the GCF. - Establish internal structures, functions and protocols for communication and engagement to ensure strengthen our representation and competitiveness, while ensuring clarity and transparency internally. - Conduct ongoing research on trends in climate financing, and the priorities for financing institutions. Now Benefits: Ongoing Learning (5% time for learning activities). Also maybe Team Engagement and Effectiveness? Not a benefit. We'll include Ongoing Learning. Pay: Salary Level: HQ6, Role will be benchmarked on local scale. Schedule: Full time. Now Skills: maybe we list desirable experience as Skills. We need to avoid duplication. Let's craft final HTML.
