Job Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and optimization of strategic marketing initiatives designed to drive HCP awareness, registration, participation, and engagement across live, virtual, and insights-driven educational programs.
- Develop campaign strategies and tactical plans aligned with program goals, target audience needs, and organizational priorities.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels, including email, marketing automation, digital advertising, social media, SMS, landing pages, and emerging engagement platforms.
- Identify, segment, and manage targeted HCP audiences using internal and external data sources to maximize recruitment and engagement outcomes.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance summaries that provide actionable insights and support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with program management, content, compliance, strategy, and external vendor partners to develop effective HCP-facing marketing materials and campaign assets.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for campaign execution, marketing automation, audience targeting, and engagement best practices.
- Support development and implementation of audience segmentation, personalization, lead nurturing, and lifecycle engagement strategies.
- Ensure campaign tracking, tagging, documentation, and reporting processes are implemented consistently and accurately.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and marketing processes through testing, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Share campaign results, insights, recommendations, and best practices with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Support vendor and partner relationships related to marketing technology, audience development, media execution, and campaign delivery.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, campaign management, or omni-channel marketing, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical education, or other regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems, email marketing, audience segmentation, and campaign workflows.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance data and translating metrics into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, including data analysis, audience management, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Experience with digital marketing channels including email, paid social, search, landing pages, and audience engagement programs.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Power BI, or other reporting and data visualization tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across functional teams and external partners.
- Able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and proactively solve problems with limited oversight.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results through collaboration rather than direct authority.
- Experience within healthcare professional engagement, medical education, life sciences, or pharmaceutical marketing is strongly preferred.
- Marketing automation, analytics, or digital marketing certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
