Senior Strategic Finance Analyst

About the role

Cambia is seeking a Senior Strategic Financial Analyst for a hybrid role (3 days/week in office). Candidates must reside within commutable distance of a Portland, Medford, Fargo, Burlington, Vancouver, Spokane, Renton, Boise, Lewiston or Salt Lake City office. Responsibilities

• Builds budgets, forecasts, and conducts variance analysis and reporting
• Prepares financial analysis and support such as cost-benefit, return on investment, and capital resource analysis for new business opportunities, proposals, contracts, or product development
• Serves as a trusted finance business partner, providing financial guidance and support
• Supports cost savings and process improvement efforts
• Provides financial governance and oversight

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, or statistics
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or ASA certification, along with health insurance experience preferred
• 7-9 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay and Benefits

The expected hiring range is $101,200.00 – $136,900.00, with a full salary range of $95,000.00 – $155,000.00 and a bonus target of 15%. Specific ranges vary by location:

• Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho: $101,200.00 – $136,900.00
• North Dakota: $90,906.79 - $122,991.55
