Senior Strategic Director, Business Development - Remote

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $159,300 – $273,200 annually

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead strategy engagements, including industry landscapes and long-term strategies
• Frame ambiguous problems into structured analyses and actionable workstreams
• Deliver executive-ready recommendations to influence senior stakeholders
• Drive execution of strategic initiatives ensuring measurable outcomes
• Rapidly develop expertise in business unit strategy and growth priorities
• Serve as a strategic advisor to shape direction and identify growth vectors
• Manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced organization
• Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities aligned with strategic growth areas
• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners across various sectors
• Lead early-stage discussions and opportunity shaping with partners

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business or related field
• 10+ years of experience in strategy projects, business development, consulting, or corporate development
• 10+ years of expertise in fintech and healthcare
• 10+ years of experience with senior leaders
• 10+ years of executive communication and story-telling, Excel modeling
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional strategy initiatives
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
