We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Intro about Progressive Leasing: description of company, mission, etc. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe includes description of role and company. We'll decide.
- "In this role, you will serve as the trusted advisor and primary liaison to clients and brokers, cultivating successful partnerships between Purchasing Power and key accounts. You will provide strategic, consultative leadership to drive account profitability and long-term growth." That's role description.
- Employee Value Proposition (EVP) description: maybe part of About the role.
- "WE ARE: An Atlanta-based voluntary benefit company offering an industry-leading employee purchase program for brand-name consumer products, online education services, and travel offerings through convenient payroll deduction. We are a team that acts with intensity, urgency, and passion — holding ourselves accountable, embracing diversity and authenticity, and constantly asking: is there a better way?" That's company description.
- "YOU ARE: A seasoned relationship builder and strategic thinker with 7–10 years of sales and/or account management experience. You are a trusted advisor who works independently and collaboratively, manages complexity with ease, and brings analytical rigor and executive presence to every client and broker interaction." That's qualifications/requirements.
- "Your Day-to-day" list: bullet points of duties.
- "You'll Bring" list: requirements.
- "We Offer" list: benefits.
- "Job Required Equipment & Services Will Be Provided" maybe minor.
- Diversity statement: boilerplate to remove.
We need sections: About the role (maybe combine company overview and role purpose). Responsibilities (day-to-day). Requirements (You'll Bring). Qualifications (maybe education and experience). Skills (maybe technical aptitude). Benefits (We Offer). Pay (not specified, so we should NOT include Pay section because no specific pay). Schedule (not specified, so omit). Also maybe include "Qualifications" separate from Requirements? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include only those with real specific content.
We have:
- About the role: we have description of role and company. Could be used.
- Responsibilities: day-to-day list.
- Requirements: You'll Bring list (education, experience, etc.)
- Qualifications: maybe the "YOU ARE" paragraph (seasoned relationship builder etc.) could be qualifications.
- Skills: maybe technical aptitude, analytical skills, project management, etc. Could be separate.
- Benefits: We Offer list.
- Pay: not present => omit.
- Schedule: not present => omit.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each bullet point exactly as in text? We can rephrase? Probably we should keep the substance but can format as list items. Should not omit any detail.
Let's extract:
About the role / company overview:
"Progressive Leasing is a leading provider of in-store and e-commerce lease-to-own solutions. With more than 20 years in FinTech, we’ve grown from start-up to industry leader by innovating, simplifying, and valuing people. We are a subsidiary of PROG Holdings (NYSE: PRG), a FinTech holding company with three business segments: Progressive Leasing, Purchasing Power (a leading employee purchase program for consumer products and services using payroll deduction), and Four, a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) platform. We are currently hiring a Sr. Strategic Account Executive to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved! In this role, you will serve as the trusted advisor and primary liaison to clients and brokers, cultivating successful partnerships between Purchasing Power and key accounts. You will provide strategic, consultative leadership to drive account profitability and long-term growth. Employee Value Proposition (EVP): PROG is dedicated to providing people with opportunity; opportunity for inclusive collaboration, opportunity for innovation, and opportunity for development. WE ARE: An Atlanta-based voluntary benefit company offering an industry-leading employee purchase program for brand-name consumer products, online education services, and travel offerings through convenient payroll deduction. We are a team that acts with intensity, urgency, and passion — holding ourselves accountable, embracing diversity and authenticity, and constantly asking: is there a better way?"
That's a lot; we can keep as paragraphs.
Responsibilities (Day-to-day):
List:
- Represent Purchasing Power at the executive level with clients and brokers
- Provide strategic and consultative leadership resulting in account profitability
- Implement, maintain, and expand account relationships; collaborate with Executive Sponsors to develop short and long-term account plans
- Meet target financial goals for each assigned account (demand, revenue, and EBITDA)
- Optimize and manage business relationships with brokers
- Partner with Sales Managers and Operations leadership to develop business plans and pre-sales opportunities
- Proactively provide guidance to help educate broker and client partners on program awareness and ongoing communication
- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow assigned accounts, including creative marketing opportunities
- Proactively identify industry-specific trends impacting clients
- Ensure account contract terms are adhered to and all account needs are addressed
- Recommend solutions and improvements while monitoring account profitability and losses
- Manage communications for new client launches and oversee delivery of project components with internal, third-party, and client stakeholders
- Assist Client Success with executing new processes and policies, keeping client/broker relationships informed of changes that impact the overall relationship
Requirements (You'll Bring):
- Bachelor's degree in a general area of study
- 7–10 years of sales and/or account management related experience
- Demonstrated strategic broker and client management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Tableau and Salesforce a plus
- Technical aptitude and strong analytical skills
- Project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and build strategic relationships with cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- AI-enabled tools are already part of how work gets done across our organization, and their use will continue to expand over time. We value people who are curious, adaptable, and open to learning as roles and workflows evolve
Qualifications (YOU ARE):
- A seasoned relationship builder and strategic thinker with 7–10 years of sales and/or account management experience.
- You are a trusted advisor who works independently and collaboratively, manages complexity with ease, and brings analytical rigor and executive presence to every client and broker interaction.
But note that some of this overlaps with Requirements. However we must preserve all substantive info; we can keep both sections but ensure not duplicate? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid duplication, but we should avoid redundant headings with same content. However the "YOU ARE" paragraph is somewhat similar to requirements but includes some nuance. We could combine into Qualifications section that includes both the "YOU ARE" and maybe the education/experience? But we already have Requirements for education/experience etc. To avoid duplication, we could treat "YOU ARE" as Qualifications (soft skills) and "You'll Bring" as Requirements (hard skills). That seems reasonable.
Skills: maybe we can extract technical aptitude, analytical skills, project management, etc. But those are already in Requirements. Could create Skills section for "Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Tableau and Salesforce a plus; Technical aptitude and strong analytical skills; Project management skills". However that would duplicate. Better to keep Skills separate only if there is distinct content not covered elsewhere. The posting does not have a separate skills list; it's mixed. So maybe we omit Skills section to avoid thin sections. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine skills into Requirements or Qualifications.
Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits.
Check Benefits: "We Offer Competitive CompensationFull Health Benefits; Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance + Paid Parental LeaveCompany Matched 401kPaid Time Off + Paid Holidays + Paid Volunteer TimeDiversity Alliance Resource GroupsEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramTuition ReimbursementCharitable Gift MatchingJob Required Equipment & Services Will Be Provided"
We need to format as list items. Also note "Competitive Compensation" is a benefit but no specific numbers; still it's a benefit statement. We can include as list item "Competitive compensation". The rest: Full Health Benefits; Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance + Paid Parental Leave; Company Matched 401k; Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays + Paid Volunteer Time; Diversity Alliance Resource Groups; Employee Stock Purchase Program; Tuition Reimbursement; Charitable Gift Matching; Job Required Equipment & Services Will Be Provided.
We should split by semicolons? The text: "We Offer Competitive CompensationFull Health Benefits; Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance + Paid Parental LeaveCompany Matched 401kPaid Time Off + Paid Holidays + Paid Volunteer TimeDiversity Alliance Resource GroupsEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramTuition ReimbursementCharitable Gift MatchingJob Required Equipment & Services Will Be Provided". It seems missing spaces after some. We'll parse:
- Competitive Compensation
- Full Health Benefits; Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance + Paid Parental Leave
- Company Matched 401k
- Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays + Paid Volunteer Time
- Diversity Alliance Resource Groups
- Employee Stock Purchase Program
- Tuition Reimbursement
- Charitable Gift Matching
- Job Required Equipment & Services Will Be Provided
We can keep as list items.
Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings and sections.
Structure:
and sections.
Structure:
