About the role

The Senior Stakeholder Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement across various projects within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and support project goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholder expectations and project outcomes
  • Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and adjust engagement strategies as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement or project management
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
  • Knowledge of stakeholder engagement best practices and techniques

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
