About the role
The Senior Stakeholder Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement across various projects within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and support project goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholder expectations and project outcomes
- Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and adjust engagement strategies as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement or project management
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of stakeholder engagement best practices and techniques
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
