Senior Staff Technical Product Manager-Service Intelligence

For our client, a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space, we are seeking a Senior Staff Technical Product Manager focused on Service Intelligence. This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery.

About the role

You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a manufacturing environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the ecosystem strategy for an intelligence-driven core platform
• Frame and solve ambiguous cross-functional problems through intelligent system design
• Guide product development from concept to scale across multiple initiatives and teams
• Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics for scalable decision-making
• Build readiness for a mission-critical platform ahead of Start of Operations
• Drive architectural decisions to ensure future scalability and security
• Own system behavior and decision quality post-launch to ensure alignment with operational intent

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience focused on technical platforms or decisioning engines
• Experience with AI/ML technologies in product or engineering contexts
• Proven experience in leading pre-launch, startup, or transformation product initiatives
• Track record of building complex, logic-driven systems with multiple operational inputs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• AI-related certification required

Pay

$160,000 – $192,500 annually
