What You'll Do
- Lead large-scale technical initiatives that span multiple teams and engineering disciplines.
- Shape technical strategy and create alignment across teams and platforms.
- Serve as a trusted technical authority within your domain.

- Influence technical decisions at both the engineering and leadership level.
- Set standards for quality, resilience, and security across systems.
- Mentor engineers across levels and disciplines, helping grow both technical skill and leadership capability.
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to align technical direction with broader priorities.

Technical Experience
- Backend systems (distributed systems, APIs, cloud architecture).
- Mobile platforms (Flutter/Dart, iOS, Android).
- Web platforms (React, Node.js, scalable web architecture).
- System design across complex, multi-platform environments.
