Responsibilities

• Support high-quality, multi-state clinical care
• Provide telemedicine services as part of a comprehensive care model
• Collaborate with other providers and staff to ensure patient care continuity
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and maintain a clean professional record

Requirements

• Licensure & Compact Eligibility: Active, unrestricted medical license in an IMLC member state (State of Principal License)
• Ability to meet one of the following SPL criteria:
• Primary residence in the SPL
• At least 25% of medical practice occurs in the SPL
• Employer is located in the SPL
• SPL used for federal tax purposes

General Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school (or IMED-listed institution)
• Completion of ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency training
• Successful completion of USMLE or COMLEX-USA (≤3 attempts per component)
• Clean professional record: no disciplinary actions, criminal history, controlled-substance restrictions, or active investigations
