Senior Staff Product Manager, Fertility & Family Building

About the role

Maven is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our fertility product for members. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Product, this role will collaborate with Maternity, Member Experience, Clinical, Healthcare, and AI Platform teams to ensure the best possible experience for our users.

Responsibilities

• Own the Fertility & Family Building product surface across the full member journey, including natural conception and in-treatment.
• Define key metrics and drive continuous improvement in engagement, activation, and clinical outcomes.
• Build and run a high-velocity experimentation engine, form hypotheses, ship tests, and communicate results effectively.
• Lead the integration of AI technologies to enhance product capabilities and speed of delivery.
• Develop strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in health tech, with a focus on fertility or a high-stakes consumer domain.
• Experience in shipping consumer-facing and AI-powered features in production environments.
• Strong data-driven mindset: defining relevant metrics, working with complex datasets, and communicating insights clearly across clinical and commercial stakeholders.
• A founder mentality: owning outcomes, pushing through ambiguity, and making decisions independently.
• Deep clinical empathy: understanding the emotional and medical complexities of fertility journeys.
• Cross-functional fluency: comfortable in clinical reviews, data analysis, and engineering sprints.

Qualifications

• Experience in health tech, particularly in fertility or high-stakes consumer domains.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and optimizing consumer-facing products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
