What You'll Do
- Drive the product strategy for how EvenUp's data creates compounding value over time.
- Own the full product lifecycle for data products, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
- Partner with ML and data engineering teams to define data modeling requirements and shape how systems are built to support product goals.
- Translate user and market needs into concrete prioritization decisions, with a high bar for rigor and clarity.
- Collaborate with design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth launches and tight feedback loops post-release.
What We Look For
- 4 to 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated 0-to-1 experience and a track record of turning data into product differentiation or revenue.
- Technical depth to partner credibly with data engineering and ML teams and make informed tradeoffs on build vs. buy.
- Strong user research instincts and the ability to translate between technical complexity and user experience.
- You know how to uncover what users actually need, not just what they ask for.
- Comfortable moving fast in a high-growth environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job.

Compensation Range
$127,500 - $247,000
