Senior/Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-fidelity prototypes and end-to-end experiences that align with product vision
• Transform customer insights into actionable product directions and champion empathy throughout development
• Define design strategy for initiatives, ensuring connection between user needs and business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Elevate the design team's quality by contributing to the design system and best practices
• Design scalable systems that maintain consistency across the product
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new technologies into product experiences

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design with a focus on interaction design and user-centered experiences
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Product Design or Human-Computer Interaction
• Expertise in designing complex workflows, simplifying data-rich problems into user-friendly solutions
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, enabling creation of high-fidelity prototypes
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and familiarity with modern web technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience in leveraging AI within the design process and understanding of emerging AI technologies
• Proven leadership ability through mentoring and developing other designers

Pay

$160,000 – $260,000 annually
