Why This Role Matters
This role is critical as DualEntry continues to scale. The company is looking for a Senior/Staff Product Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, elegant UI/UX experiences that redefine how finance and accounting teams work. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end design of the DualEntry platform, from web to mobile, and work closely with product and engineering to ship quickly and iterate often.
Where You'll Create Impact
Own the end-to-end design of the DualEntry platform - from web to mobile
Translate complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces
Create and evolve a scalable component-based design system in Figma
Work closely with product and engineering to ship quickly and iterate often
Conduct user research and apply insights to improve usability
Help define our design culture and constantly find ways to improve our product development speed
Mentor other designers as we scale the team
What Sets You Up for Success
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency
- 6+ years designing complex SaaS products end-to-end
- Deep experience with Figma and scalable design systems
- Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and attention to visual detail

Compensation & Benefits
- Equity: $45,000 - $75,000
- Base salary: $140,000 - $225,000
- 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays
