About the role
A Senior/Staff Product Certification Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet regulatory and quality standards. This includes conducting product certifications, developing and maintaining certification processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product certifications to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain certification processes to streamline the certification workflow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs to ensure product compliance.
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential non-compliance issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting product certification.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product certification or related field.
- Experience with regulatory bodies and compliance processes.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and ISO standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or similar.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
- Experience with regulatory documentation and reporting.

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required for project deadlines.
