Senior / Staff Nurse (MAH Day Ward)

You will work alongside the Nursing Leaders to deliver patient-centred and compassionate nursing care to our patients in the Day Ward. Your Key Responsibilities Are Plans, provides and evaluates nursing care according to patient's needs, doctor's orders and hospital policies.Upholds hospital nursing standards in documentation, treatment, patient monitoring and infection control.Keeps Senior Nurse Manager/ Nurse Manager / Doctor informed on patient’s condition, treatment/ intervention and outcome.Takes active measures to ensure the safety of patients. Report all occurrence incidents to Ward or Senior Nurse Manager / Nurse Manager-on-CallWorks cooperatively with other Hospital Departments to provide holistic patient care.Ensures accurate billing procedures.Strong team-player, self-starter with strong sense of initiative, agility and perseverance in starting and building a strong culture in performance & engagement.Able to provide patient care with the rest of the team members.Comfortable to work for 6 days work week - Monday to Saturday (am/pm shift) and to do on-call. Sunday & PH = Off.Possess either a Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license.
