Pay
Senior: Estimated annual base pay: $93,000.00(minimum) - $121.00(midpoint) - $146,000.00(maximum) Staff: Estimated annual base pay: $114,400.00(minimum) - $143,000.00(midpoint) - $171,600.00(maximum)

Qualifications
- Senior: US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Greater than 4 years’ experience in related field Pump development experience
- Staff: US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Greater than 8 years’ experience in related field or entry level PhD degree Pump development experience
Skills
- Fuel metering, servo valve, pump, fueldraulic actuation and/or pump experience
- Strong system-level thinking and physics-based modeling skills
- Strategic decision-making using trade studies and balancing tactical/strategic priorities
- Proven ability to navigate conflicting or incomplete requirements
- Leadership in mentoring engineering teams and supporting NPI initiatives
- Effective technical communication and consensus-building with diverse teams
- Knowledge of industry best practices and competitive market awareness
