Senior Staff Landscape Architect

Job Summary

Langan is seeking a Senior Staff Landscape Architect to join its collaborative team in the Pacific Northwest, United States.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare the planning, design, and permitting of landscape architecture, civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects using design, engineering, and graphic software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lumion, and equipment to prepare landscape architecture and design documents;
• Perform zoning, ordinance, and permit assessments, and assist with determining the feasibility of projects based on the analysis of collected data;
• Affirmative action statement: In process of securing or currently maintain professional licensure;
• Assist with the preparation, review, and modification of various design and landscape architecture related documents including conceptual and technical design plans, plan view and perspective renderings, specifications, construction schedules, cost estimates, and reports for projects;
• Affirmative action statement: High level of creativity and exceptional computer skills in Lumion, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Office;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture;
• 4+ years of experience;
• In process of securing or currently maintain professional licensure;
