Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is a full-time, hybrid position with 1 to 2 days a week in-office to support close cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and peer engineers to deliver well-scoped product features.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Customer Success teams.
- Advocate for and practice test-driven development (TDD) to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software.
Requirements
- 3 to 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in at least one or more of the following languages: Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript, with experience developing full-stack, high-performance, and high-availability applications.
- Strong foundation in programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience building scalable systems and test-driven CI/CD with a commitment to quality software development.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB, with comprehensive understanding of the decision-making process between SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Demonstrated experience in designing distributed systems with a holistic perspective.
- Keep up with the latest technological trends and continuously improve productivity.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
Skills
- Experience with NextJS or other front-end technologies.

Pay
In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $140,000 to $170,000 in Lehi, Utah. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package.
