Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Building an intelligent operating system for government tax workflows using Elixir with Phoenix LiveView, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases to automate complex processes, enhance product user experience (UX), and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Elixir and Phoenix LiveView to develop robust, scalable software solutions.
• Utilize LLMs and RAG techniques to improve automation and process efficiency.
• Work with vector databases to enhance data retrieval and processing capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud infrastructure on GCP.
• Ensure seamless integration and optimization of cloud services with Terraform.
• Focus on enhancing product UX through innovative software development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience with Elixir and Phoenix framework.
• Experience with large language models and their applications.
• Knowledge of vector databases and their integration strategies.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Terraform.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
