Senior Staff Experience Researcher

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Staff Experience Researcher to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape research direction and turn complex user insights into clear recommendations that support product and service strategy. The Senior Staff Experience Researcher will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen decision-making and improve the customer experience. This position is focused on translating research findings into practical improvements that drive better outcomes for users and the business in a highly regulated financial services environment.
