Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Applied Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience; 6 years of experience working in epitaxial growth; 5 years of experience in technical leadership.
• Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or PhD or advanced degree related to Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics or Material Science; 8 years of experience working in an epitaxial growth manufacturing environment; demonstrated experience with technical problem-solving and collaborative innovation; in‑depth knowledge of semiconductor materials in optoelectronic applications; in‑depth tool understanding of MOCVD and experience driving solutions in a high volume manufacturing environment; ability to drive resolution of complex issues as part of cross‑functional teams.
