Senior Staff Engineer (EIT)

About the role

The Senior Staff Engineer will contribute and lead technical work in hydraulic modeling, planning studies, and infrastructure analysis for water distribution and wastewater collection systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and calibrate hydraulic models (InfoWater Pro, InfoSewer, Water Gems) with minimal help from PM or PE
• Analyze system capacity, pressure zones, and flow patterns for water distribution and wastewater collection systems
• Support planning studies, master plans, and capital improvement programs
• Prepare tech memos and exhibits for clients

Requirements

• Advanced experience in hydraulic modeling (preferred InfoWater Pro)
• Strong GIS and data analysis skills using ArcGIS Pro
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• EIT certification
• Minimum of 3-5 years of full-time work experience

• Goal oriented with strong skills in problem solving, creativity, and attention to detail
