About the role

Product Deviation Management and process audits for microelectronics (MIL types).

Responsible for Deviation Management to assure compliance to MIL standards.

Assures NMR containment activity, material disposition, and corrective action (FRACA).

Familiar with the use of failure analysis equipment and techniques and helps define course of analysis for failed components in order to reach failure root cause.

Maintain a strong working knowledge of manufacturing, screening, and conformance inspection activities; provide tactical support to manufacturing activities.

Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving activities via 8D programs.

Interface with factory and provide guidance on technical matters relating to product and process quality.

Provide technical review for change management activity (TRB).

Oversees First Articles and CSI (as needed).

Conduct internal process and test method audits.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of manufacturing, screening, and conformance inspection activities
  • Support manufacturing activities through tactical assistance
  • Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving using 8D programs
  • Interact with factory personnel and provide technical guidance
  • Review change management activity (TRB)
  • Oversee First Articles and CSI (as needed)
  • Conduct internal process and test method audits

Requirements

  • Minimum BS degree in a related field. EE is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductors, microelectronics, or hybrid microcircuits.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Good planning, analysis, innovation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Military Electronics Standards, such as MIL-PRF-19500, MIL-STD-750, MIL-PRF-38535, MIL-STD-883, or AEC automotive standards.

Pay

Minimum of $113,600 salary per year / Maximum of $156,200 salary per year
