Responsibilities
- Arcitect and build scalable tooling and services for client platforms
- Apply codified principles for repeatable and auditable changes across diverse environments
- Set technical standards for automation and mentor engineering teams
- Collaborate with various teams to improve reliability and developer experiences
- Serve as architect for service delivery issues and drive root-cause analysis
- Influence changes to policies and establish procedures that impact multiple teams
Qualifications
- BS/MS or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Science
- 12+ years of experience in Client Platform Engineering
- Expert-level experience managing global endpoint fleets at scale
- Mastery of Configuration as Code and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Experience in building internal tooling, CLI tools, or microservices for automation
- Proficiency in software development (Python, Go, Rust) for systems engineering
- Strong communication and partner management skills
Pay
$200,000 – $322,000 annually
