Senior Staff Business Analyst

About the role

The Senior Staff Business Analyst bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions by translating requirements into technical specifications, focusing on analytic, data science, and business intelligence. You will work across all business functions and with Data & Analytics experts worldwide and across multiple operating companies. The role reports to the Senior Director of Data Engineering, is part of the Data Engineering Team, and can be performed fully remote in the US or on‑site in Krakow, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Engage continuously with stakeholders to understand their business goals and collect requirements
• Translate these business requirements into user stories and comprehensive functional specifications for data integrations, data modeling, dashboards, reports for development team
• Prioritize these user stories into the right sequence of projects and releases
