Job Summary As Senior Staff Accountant you will support accounting and operational functions for our Vending and Market business. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow in an operations-focused accounting environment. Responsibilities: Support accounts receivable and cash management activitiesPrepare weekly/monthly reports and assist with month-end closeComplete journal entries, account reconciliations, and commission processingManage P-card activity, petty cash, and fixed asset trackingResearch and resolve accounting discrepanciesAssist with audits, compliance activities, and special projectsPartner with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experienceExperience with reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closeAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functionsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Apply to Canteen today!
