Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Manage intercompany transactions and allocations across multiple entities
• Maintain fixed assets and support capital budget planning
• Aid with audits, financial modeling, and reporting analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting needs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (flexible with strong experience)
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• ERP experience (Yardi preferred; similar systems accepted)

Pay

Senior Staff Accountant Salary: $85,000–$88,000
