Senior Accountant

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate balance sheet and income statement schedules and reconciliations to support the GL balance.
• Maintain SOPs on support spreadsheets and other documentation for internal control needs.
• Manage assigned monthly close accounting tasks.
• Aid in variance analysis and managerial reporting as needed.
• Aid with financial and tax audits or other compliance needs.
• Review and prepare entries for sales tax.
• Perform other accounting functions as required.

Qualifications

• Three to four years of general accounting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• DSO or HSO experience is helpful.
