Senior Speech Language Pathologist - Speech Pathology
About the role
The Senior Staff Speech-Language Therapist (ST) at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing ongoing treatments designed to improve the patient's functional status in conjunction with overall treatment objectives. They must meet all clinical, organizational, and position requirements as defined in the Speech Therapy policies for Scope of Practice and Professional Standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited college or university.
- Master's Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited college or university.
- Continuing education requirements for licensure renewal.
- California Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 4 years of combined rehab, acute, and outpatient proficiency.
- 2 years of experience in specialty practice areas.
Qualifications

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The base pay range is $60.24 - $77.10 per hour.
Schedule
This position is Per Diem and works 8-hour Day Shifts.
