- Required: Master's Degree Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Required: Three years Relevant work experience in an outpatient or acute care hospital setting post-clinical Fellowship, to include one year of experience in an oncology setting and two years relevant work experience post clinical fellowship.
- Successful completion of MD Anderson fellowship can substitute one of the three required years of experience.
- Required: SLP - Speech-Language Pathologist Certification in Speech-Language Pathology by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Required: SP-L - Licensed Speech Pathologist License in Speech-Language Pathology issued by the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology within 30 Days of hire.
