Responsibilities
- Identification and management of obsolesence issues.
- Management of Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) issues.
- Work closely with Program Management and customers to ensure material issues are identified.
- Planning of material issues contingency and replacement plans.
Qualifications
- An active DoD Secret Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant engineering experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related engineering experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related engineering experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Program planning, guidance, and engineering execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Broad understanding of engineering processes and policies.
- Aircraft Integration, Test and Delivery experience.
- Experience with obsolesence issue management.
- Experience with management of Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS).
- Experience in one of the following disciplines:
- Aeronautical Engineering (electrical, structural, mechanical, stress, mass properties, aerodynamics, etc.).
- Software/Hardware Engineering.
- Systems Engineering (including Test Engineering).
- Project Engineering.

Pay
Salary range: $85,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
9/80 - Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off.
