Senior Specialist - Software Engineering

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain and support NET applications on WindowsIIS including deployments issue resolution and coordination with infra and development teams
• Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and shell scripting
• Work on DevOps tools like BitBucket Jenkins JFrog artifactory Ansible Tower and XL Release to enable CICD and OpenShift
• Ensures the overall health of the supported applications
• Manages code migrations ensuring source control policies are being followed
• Applies application maintenance releases upgrades and hot fixes as required
• Manages UNIX access directory setup and required archival mechanisms
• Collaborates with infrastructure support team for outages, upgrades
• Performs platform capacity planning and management
• Serves as an escalation point for escalated production and/or platform issues
• Designs solutions to reduce the operational and management complexity of the platform

Requirements

• Education: BE
• Experience Range: 4 to 7 Years
