Senior Specialist - Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems and APIs using Nodejs
• Build and integrate frontend components using Reactjs to deliver responsive and user-centric interfaces
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs ensuring production-grade scalability and reliability
• Contribute to system architecture, microservices design, and performance optimization initiatives
• Drive CI/CD implementation, build pipelines, and automated deployments
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases including schema design, indexing, performance tuning, and high availability setup
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, functional testing, and best practices adherence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Provide support for production systems including root cause analysis and performance improvements
• Leverage Python basic to intermediate level for backend services scripting or integrations

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years of experience in full stack backend development
• Strong expertise in Nodejs, Expressjs, or similar frameworks
• RESTful API design and development experience with Reactjs
• Solid understanding of Database design, SQL, NoSQL systems, and CICD pipelines
• Experience with containerization technologies Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms Azure, GCP
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Python, FastAPI or similar frameworks
