About the role

This role is responsible for leading product development initiatives and ensuring the successful launch of new features.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features

  • Manage project timelines and budgets to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or software engineering
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully launching products
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of user needs

Skills

  • Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Trello, etc.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
