Job Summary

Role: Salesforce Project Manager cum Scrum Master to handle end to end project delivery balancing traditional project management budget risk scope with Agile facilitation sprint planning ceremonies to drive team performance and meet objectives.

Experience

  • Must have experience in stakeholder communication management.
  • Must have experience in managing globally distributed Agile teams, defining processes, developing sustainable solutions, and aligning with cost, quality, and schedule.
  • Experienced in playing Scrum Master and Techno-functional PM roles, handling Scrum/Kanban Agile teams, diligently applying Agile/Kanban values/principles/practices, and conducting Scrum ceremonies.
  • Proficient in Agile metric dashboards reporting and conducting Scrum ceremonies in both collocated and distributed teams.
  • Experience in project planning and execution, including sizing, estimation, planning, milestones tracking, and reporting to Customer management.
  • Experience in monitoring and tracking time, scope, risk, cost, quality, team, and Customer expectations management.
  • Experience in managing teams with diverse talents and responsibilities across the globe, ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, security, quality, and team performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage globally distributed teams, define processes, and aid in developing sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to establish key delivery dates and communication schedules.
  • Gather project and related dependencies to ensure visibility to inter and intra program teams.
  • Work in partnership with customer SMEs to implement, roll out, and track metrics, along with action items.
  • Manage dependencies, blockers, and mitigate risks.
  • Engage actively with teams to optimize performance and bring in efficiency.
  • Facilitate all relevant Agile ceremonies, including grooming, planning, stand-ups, retrospective, demo.
  • Facilitate planning sessions at various levels, including initiative, sub-initiative, epic planning, roadmap, and backlog planning.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to establish product launch dates and cadence calendars.
  • Facilitate smooth functioning of Agile teams by adopting Agile best practices.
  • Assess backlog readiness and collaborate with relevant teams to build out portfolio-level backlog.
  • Gather project sprint objectives and ensure visibility to project teams to enable transparency.
  • Facilitate Project demos and assist with reporting status to stakeholders.
