Senior Specialist - Premium Audit

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Specialist - Premium Audit to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. In this role, you will help build and refine a centralized premium audit function that supports accurate accounting and strong operational control. You will oversee audit vendors, strengthen selection rules, and deliver clear reporting that helps stakeholders track performance and make informed decisions. The position also requires close coordination with clients and partners to resolve disputes and improve the overall audit process. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Complete the centralized premium audit function build-out. Manage and enhance the premium audit process with recommendations for improvements. Update premium audit selection rules based on guidelines and stakeholder input. Oversee vendor performance, ensuring accountability for service and quality. Identify and report key metrics for the audit function to stakeholders. Communicate audit results to clients and partners in a timely manner. Resolve audit disputes collaboratively and independently. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. PAAS, ISO, and/or NCCI certification preferred. Minimum 5 years of premium audit experience required. Experience managing third-party premium audit vendors. In-depth knowledge of insurance premium audit best practices and classification guidelines.
