Senior Specialist, Pharmacy Support - Learning and Development
Job Summary
The Senior Specialist, Pharmacy Support – Learning and Development is responsible for facilitating engaging virtual and instructor-led training programs that support pharmacy operations and drive employee performance. This role partners with Learning & Development and pharmacy leadership to deliver training, identify learning gaps, develop and maintain training materials, and support ongoing system and process enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate training courses across the academy in alignment with strategic business needs.
- Partner with Learning Business Partner and Instructional Design and Development HUB resources to execute business initiatives and ensure accurate content is available for and delivered in training courses.
- Leverage Learning Technology strategy to support the business, reinforce training and close employee’s performance gaps
- Participate in strategic learning projects that align with Business initiative
- Provide Attendance, Training Plans, Training Reports and other insights from training courses
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Previous experience with Pharmacy Training development, preferred
- Knowledge of Guardian Rx pharmacy management, preferred
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices, preferred
- Experience with virtual delivery applications such as Zoom and MS Teams, preferred
- Strong oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills, preferred
- Strong work ethic, preferred

Anticipated salary range
$57,000 - $73,440
