Senior Specialist - Partner Integrations

Responsibilities

• Own the success of new and existing integrations driving initiatives across product, engineering, and operations teams
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support
• Define gaps in our system and recommend solutions to evolve our tech offering
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with our Merchant's needs

Qualifications

• Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing processes
• Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships
• Experience in project and/or program management
• Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams
• Experience working in warehousing or supply chain implementation is a plus
• 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks
• Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required

Pay

Starting pay will fall within the range of $87,000—$128,000 USD, based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

Schedule

Flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
