Senior Specialist - Partner Integrations

Responsibilities

• Be a Subject Matter Expert for DoorDash’s integrated offerings and guide partners through new Integration builds.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support.
• Define gaps in our system and recommend solutions to evolve our tech offering.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with our Merchant's needs.

Qualifications

• Operational: Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing processes.
• Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships.
• Experience in project and/or program management.
• Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
• Experience working in warehousing or supply chain implementation is a plus.
• Tech: 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks.
• Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Pay

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
