Senior Specialist, Learning Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Specialist, Learning Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will partner closely with stakeholders to assess performance needs and recommend learning solutions that strengthen capabilities across the organization. The position will focus on deploying and managing learning curricula, organizing training assets, and using analytics to evaluate learner engagement and program effectiveness. You will also collaborate with training partners to drive adoption, reinforce knowledge, and ensure learning initiatives support both organizational priorities and customer needs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $129,000 – $203,100 annually Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to identify performance needs and recommend learning solutions Deploy and manage learning curricula and resources across oncology products Develop and organize learning assets and program tracking tools Evaluate learner engagement and program effectiveness using analytics Collaborate with training teams to support learning adoption and measure impact Implement knowledge reinforcement strategies to improve retention Ensure learning initiatives align with organizational goals and customer needs Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required 6+ years of related experience, or 4 years with a Master's degree Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a matrixed environment 2+ years in Learning & Development or related roles preferred, especially in healthcare or biotech Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and families Retirement benefits including 401(k) Paid holidays, vacation, and sick days Annual bonus and long-term incentive eligibility Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
