For our client, a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space, we are seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. Partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. This role offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver solution engagements on time and within budget
- Maintain project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
- Provide consulting expertise in learning and organizational transformation
- Develop strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Design and implement strategic learning initiatives aligned with business goals
- Analyze program performance for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in learning facilitation, leadership development, and learning strategy
- Strong proficiency with virtual collaboration tools
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications; quick learner of new technologies
- Familiarity with computer-based training markets and LMS/LCMS platforms
- Expertise in adult learning principles and their application
- Proven ability to analyze data for actionable insights
- Excellent customer service and facilitation skills
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities

Pay
$130,000 – $140,000 annually
