Senior Specialist - Interactive

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UX/UI Designer with strong experience in designing enterprise-scale digital products within the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UX research, interaction design, UI design, Figma, and modern AI-powered design tools. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design activities from discovery, research, and ideation through design validation and delivery
• Create user journeys, personas, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable design components
• Utilize Figma extensively for design, prototyping, collaboration, and design handoff
• Leverage AI-powered design and productivity tools to improve design workflows and innovation
• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and translate them into effective design solutions
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Conduct usability reviews and recommend design improvements based on user feedback and insights
• Ensure designs align with accessibility, usability, and enterprise UX standards
• Contribute to strategic design discussions and advocate for user-centered design practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design
• Strong expertise in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
• Experience using AI design tools and modern design technologies
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies
• Proven experience creating user journeys, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong ability to interact with business users and leadership teams
• Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex business processes
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Mandatory Experience

• Banking or Financial Services industry experience is required
• Experience designing applications, platforms, or digital solutions within banking operations, payments, lending, wealth management, commercial banking, or related financial domains

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with distributed teams across business and technology organizations

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
