About the role
The Senior Specialist will provide comprehensive support for contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes, system administration, and user support. This role focuses on enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives, reporting and data quality, template and workflow management, integration monitoring, and training/documentation activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with advanced proficiency in CLM platforms and Microsoft 365 applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for contract management processes and contract requesters.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries submitted through the Contract Management shared mailbox.
- Support contract-related data correction and remediation activities.
- Ensure contract records are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies.
- Support and troubleshoot Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and related processes.
- Assist with system testing activities in development and validation environments.
- Investigate and resolve user-reported issues and system-related inquiries.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to document and validate system fixes.
- Support intake, assessment, and prioritization of enhancement requests.
- Collaborate with business teams and technical partners to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Participate in testing and deployment activities for enhancements and releases.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, workflows, and user experience.
- Prepare and deliver reports for various business functions.
- Maintain data integrity through data validation, cleansing, and remediation activities.
- Support bulk data uploads and data migration activities as needed.
- Monitor contract and vendor master data quality.
- Support contract template maintenance and updates within the CLM platform.
- Assist with workflow configuration reviews and process documentation.
- Ensure contract processes remain aligned with approved business requirements.
- Monitor system integrations and identify inconsistencies or failures.
- Coordinate with technical teams to investigate and resolve integration issues.
- Support validation of system interfaces and data flows.
- Provide guidance and support to business users.
- Update training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
- Support delivery of training sessions and communication of system updates and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS).
- Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management processes and best practices.
- Advanced proficiency with CLM platforms such as Agiloft, Icertis, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Coupa CLM, SAP Ariba Contracts, or similar solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay
$45.54/hour - $60.71/hour
