We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes Role Summary/Purpose, Essential Responsibilities, Qualifications/Requirements, Desired Characteristics, Grade/Level, Pay info, Our Way Of Working (flexibility), Eligibility Requirements, Our Commitment, Reasonable Accommodation Notice, Job Family Group Sales. Also maybe "Benefits"? Not present. "Schedule"? Not explicit. "Pay" present: hourly rate range. So we need sections: About the role (maybe from Role Summary/Purpose), Responsibilities (Essential Responsibilities), Qualifications (Qualifications/Requirements), Skills (Desired Characteristics), Pay (hourly rate), Schedule? Not present, so omit. Benefits? Not present. Our Way Of Working could be considered "Work Arrangement" but not in list; we could maybe put under "About the role" or separate? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings if applicable. If a section not present, omit. So we need:
- About the role: from Role Summary/Purpose paragraph.
- Responsibilities: Essential Responsibilities bullet list.
- Qualifications: Qualifications/Requirements (minimum experience etc.)
- Skills: Desired Characteristics (list of desired traits)
- Pay: hourly rate range.
- Possibly "Schedule": not present, omit.
- Benefits: not present, omit.
- Could also include "Work Arrangement" but not in allowed headings; maybe we could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities? Better to omit if not matching allowed headings. The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, but we should use those headings for sections. It also says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can add other headings if needed? It says use those for section headings (e.g...). Likely we should stick to those. So we will produce sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Pay. Possibly also "Requirements" vs "Qualifications"? They listed both Requirements and Qualifications as separate examples. But we have Qualifications/Requirements combined. Could split? The posting has "Qualifications/Requirements" heading. We could make a section "Qualifications" and maybe "Requirements" not needed separately. But we have both headings as examples; we could use "Qualifications" for that content. We'll not duplicate.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details from Role Summary/Purpose, Essential Responsibilities (list), Qualifications/Requirements (list), Desired Characteristics (list), Pay info, Our Way Of Working (flexibility), Eligibility Requirements (list), Our Commitment (text), Reasonable Accommodation Notice (text), Job Family Group Sales (maybe a line). However those sections are not in the allowed headings list. But we could incorporate them into existing sections? The instruction says "Use

It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those for sections. However we must preserve all substantive information; if we omit sections like Our Way Of Working, we lose info. So we need to include them somewhere. Perhaps we can treat them as subsections under About the role or Responsibilities? But that would lose clarity. Better to create headings for them, even if not in the examples, as long as we use . The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections, but not strictly limited. However to be safe, we could map those extra pieces into existing sections: e.g., "Our Way Of Working" could go under About the role as a paragraph about flexibility. "Eligibility Requirements" could go under Qualifications/Requirements. "Our Commitment" and "Reasonable Accommodation Notice" could go under About the role or maybe a separate "Company Overview" but not in list. Could we add a section "About the company"? Not in list but maybe acceptable. The instruction says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". It doesn't restrict headings to only those examples. So we can add headings for those sections as needed. Use . So we will produce sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Pay, Work Arrangement (or Our Way Of Working), Eligibility Requirements, Company Commitment, Reasonable Accommodation, Job Family Group. But we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc.
We must output only HTML fragment.
