About the role

As a Senior Specialist, Infrastructure Solution Engineer at BNY, you will join a leading global financial services company that influences nearly 20% of the world’s investible assets. This role is based in Lake Mary, Florida, and offers the opportunity to collaborate with clients using cutting-edge AI and breakthrough technologies to drive transformative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting of ServiceNow issues across IT Service Management, IT Business Management, Security Operations, Integrated Risk Management, Human Resources, Workplace Service Delivery, Custom Applications, and Core platform areas.
  • Support weekly release cycles and application deployments by support staff.
  • Participate in 24x7 rotation schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.
  • Meet team SLAs for incident and request management, and support automation and continuous service improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • CSA (Certified System Admin) ServiceNow certification.
  • Extensive (4+ years) technical and support knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, including:
    • ServiceNow APIs
    • MID Server
    • Basic to Advanced Scripting (JavaScript)
    • ServiceNow Performance Tuning
  • Knowledge of Release Management, including update sets, fix scripts, plug-in installations, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop clear written materials in support of objectives.
  • Team player with the ability to lead discussions and initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • US citizenship.

Qualifications

  • CAD (Certified Application Developer) for ServiceNow (preferred).
  • ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management and/or Security Operations certifications (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the xMatters notification platform (a plus).
  • Vendor management skills.
  • Previous experience supporting applications for 20K+ user populations.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL v3 or v4 knowledge).
  • Understanding of an Agile Software Delivery Lifecycle Process.

Pay

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package. The expected base salary for this position may vary depending on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is part of a total rewards package, which may also include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
