  • Develop and maintain scalable, stable, reliable, and secure applications using Python/Java and modern frontend frameworks like React JS. Leverage vibe coding best practices to build production-grade applications and prototypes faster.
  • Responsible for the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a portfolio of SaaS and in-house applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and operational stability.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to manage application support, incident resolution, enhancements, and lifecycle activities across multiple enterprise platforms.
  • Implement microservices-based solutions on AWS cloud platform.
  • Incorporate microservices, APIs, MCPs, and event-driven processes.
  • Implement CI/CD practices for software applications.
  • Monitor model performance in production and manage model drift, retraining, and rollback strategies.
  • Use critical thinking to investigate issues with systems and data, and identify solutions for short-term remediation and long-term strategy.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in software development; Pharma/Life Sciences experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java, and a UI framework, preferably React JS.
  • Solid understanding of AI concepts and familiarity in developing AI applications.
  • Practical experience building Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using tools like LangChain is a plus.
  • Experience with AWS Cloud services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Bedrock, SageMaker, is a plus.
  • Good data analytics skills - SQL/NoSQL databases, able to write efficient queries.
  • Strong technical expertise combined with a demonstrated commitment and passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must be a relationship builder and capable of working effectively in a highly matrix organization with strong communication, planning, and collaboration skills.

Pay
