Responsibilities
- Develop and implement field training strategies, programs, and materials aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and field leadership, to design, review, and deliver effective training resources
- Conduct training sessions and enhance training materials based on field input and evolving needs
- Maintain and update all store policies, procedures, and resources, ensuring consistency in branding
- Identify, prioritize, and communicate updates to training documents and operational resources
- Collaborate with partner-operated locations to coordinate grand opening training, identify post-opening training needs, and deliver "train the trainer” sessions
- Collect and evaluate feedback from trainers and partner-operated teams
- Develop and deliver product guides, sales planning resources, and "Best Play" communications to support field execution and drive business results
Requirements
- Associate degree or relevant experience
- 1-3 years creating field training or facilitating field training (preferably retail stores)
- Proficient planning and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Additional training certifications
- 1-3 years corporate-level experience creating and delivering retail training
