Senior Specialist, DDT–Lab Automation, Lab Automation / Controls Engineer (SCADA/Ignition) (Onsite)
About the role
with paragraphs. - Responsibilities: The "How You’ll Make An Impact" bullet list (actually sentences). Those are responsibilities. Use- .
- Requirements: Education Minimum Requirement and maybe "Required Experience And Skills". Could be under Requirements. Also "Preferred Experience And Skills" could be under Skills? The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where.
We have:
Education Minimum Requirement: B.S. in Engineering ... with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Required Experience And Skills: list of items.
Preferred Experience And Skills: list.
Required Skills: list (Automation Development, etc.)
Preferred Skills: list (Current Employees apply HERE ... but that's not skill; actually "Preferred Skills" heading then list: Current Employees apply HERE ... that seems like a mistake; but after that there is "US And Puerto Rico Residents Only" etc. Actually the "Preferred Skills" list includes items like "Current Employees apply HERE" etc which is not skill; but we need to preserve substantive info. The list after "Preferred Skills" includes: "Current Employees apply HERE", "Current Contingent Workers apply HERE", "US And Puerto Rico Residents Only". Those are not skills but maybe they are notes. However they appear under "Preferred Skills" heading but they are not skills; they are eligibility notes. We should treat them as not skills; maybe they belong under Requirements? Actually they are about who can apply. Might be considered as "Requirements" (location). But we should not invent sections. We'll keep them as a short paragraph maybe under Requirements? But we need to preserve all substantive info. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep that info somewhere. Could be under a short
after Requirements. But we must not create sections with filler. So we can include a paragraph under Requirements that mentions eligibility: US and Puerto Rico residents only, etc. Also note about accommodation, EEO etc are boilerplate to remove. So we remove EEO statements, accommodation link, etc. Also remove "Search Firm Representatives" etc. Also remove "Employee Status Regular Relocation: Domestic/International VISA Sponsorship Yes Travel Requirements 10% Flexible Work Arrangements Not Applicable Shift Not Indicated Valid Driving License No Hazardous Material(s) Flammable Job Posting End Date 09/25/2026". Some of that may be substantive: relocation, visa sponsorship, travel requirements, flexible work arrangements, shift, driving license, hazardous material, job posting end date. Those are substantive details about the job. Should we include them? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include those details somewhere. They could be placed under a section like "Job Details" but we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put relocation, visa sponsorship, travel, etc under Requirements or maybe under a generic paragraph after Requirements. Since we cannot create new headings, we can add a
after the relevant section. Similarly, salary range is Pay section. Benefits section we have description of benefits. Schedule: we have travel requirements 10%, flexible work arrangements not applicable, shift not indicated. So we could put schedule info under Schedule heading if there is specific content. The schedule includes travel 10%, flexible work arrangements not applicable, shift not indicated. That's somewhat schedule-related. We'll include Schedule section with that info. Pay: salary range $117,000 - $184,200 plus bonus and long-term incentive mention. Benefits: comprehensive package description. Qualifications: maybe we separate Education and Experience as Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for Qualifications. Could put education and experience under Qualifications. But we also have Requirements heading. Might be overlapping. We need to decide distribution. We have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid thin sections. Let's allocate: - About the role: company intro and team description (first paragraphs up to "We’re looking for a Senior Specialist to help make this vision real." plus maybe the specific role sentence "We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Laboratory Automation / Controls Engineer to join our Lab Automation team in Rahway, NJ." That's about the role. - Responsibilities: the "How You’ll Make An Impact" bullet list (the sentences starting with Build..., Translate..., Develop..., Solve..., Connect..., Continuously improve..., Empower..., Build for sustainability..., Lead implementation...). Those are responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe include eligibility (US and Puerto Rico residents only, accommodation request line? Actually accommodation is boilerplate to remove? It's about accommodation for disabled; that's EEO related, maybe remove. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Accommodation request is part of EEO? Might be considered accommodation request; but it's not exactly EEO; it's about providing accommodation. Might be considered part of EEO. Safer to remove. Also remove "Search Firm Representatives" etc. Also remove "Employee Status Regular Relocation: Domestic/International VISA Sponsorship Yes Travel Requirements 10% Flexible Work Arrangements Not Applicable Shift Not Indicated Valid Driving License No Hazardous Material(s) Flammable Job Posting End Date 09/25/2026". Some of that is substantive; we need to keep relocation, visa sponsorship, travel requirements, flexible work arrangements, shift, driving license, hazardous material, job posting end date. Those could go under Requirements or maybe a separate section but we don't have one. We'll put them under Requirements as a paragraph. - Qualifications: Education Minimum Requirement and maybe "Required Experience And Skills" could be considered qualifications. But we already used Requirements for eligibility etc. Could move education and experience to Qualifications. Let's put Education Minimum Requirement under Qualifications. Also maybe "Required Experience And Skills" under Qualifications as well (makes sense). Then "Preferred Experience And Skills" could go under Skills? Actually Skills heading is for skills. We have Required Skills list and Preferred Skills list (though the preferred skills list currently contains weird items). We'll treat Required Skills and Preferred Skills under Skills heading. - Benefits: description of benefits. - Pay: salary range and bonus/incentive. - Schedule: travel requirements 10%, flexible work arrangements not applicable, shift not indicated. We must not include headings with empty/filler. Ensure each heading has substantive content. Now we need to strip boilerplate: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove lines like "Current Employees apply HERE", "Current Contingent Workers apply HERE", "US And Puerto Rico Residents Only" maybe not boilerplate but eligibility; we keep them under Requirements. Also remove "Please click here if you need an accommodation during the application or hiring process." (accommodation). Remove EEO paragraphs. Remove "As an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer..." etc. Remove "We are proud to be a company that embraces the value..." etc. Remove "Learn more about your rights..." etc. Remove "Search Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully..." etc. Remove "Employee Status Regular Relocation: Domestic/International VISA Sponsorship Yes Travel Requirements 10% Flexible Work Arrangements Not Applicable Shift Not Indicated Valid Driving License No Hazardous Material(s) Flammable Job Posting End Date 09/25/2026 A job posting is effective until 11:59:59PM on the day BEFORE the listed job posting end date. Please ensure you apply to a job posting no later than the day BEFORE the job posting end date. Requisition ID:R416078". We'll keep relocation, visa sponsorship, travel requirements, flexible work arrangements, shift, driving license, hazardous material, job posting end date as substantive. We'll discard the instruction about applying before end date? That's application instruction; remove. Keep the end date maybe as info. But "Requisition ID" is metadata to drop. Now craft HTML. We'll need to wrap content in appropriate tags. Let's draft:
