Senior Specialist - Data Sciences

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement full end to end RAG pipelines ingestion chunking embeddings retrieval ranking
• Build scalable AI workflows using LangChain LangGraph and agent-based architectures
• Develop backend services and APIs in Python ensuring scalability security and maintainability
• Create fullstack UIs for GenAI applications React Angular Vue etc
• Integrate and optimize vector databases Pinecone ChromaDB Weaviate Milvus
• Implement Microsoft Copilot integrations across enterprise workflows and apps
• Build evaluation frameworks observability pipelines and quality guardrails using tools such as RAGAS LangSmith or custom evaluation metrics
• Ensure proper DevOps Docker Kubernetes CICD and release management for all AI components
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive AI adoption and ensure scalable maintainable solutions
• Provide longterm support model updates error handling and operational governance

Required Skills

• Strong handson experience building AI-powered systems end-to-end
• Expertise with LangChain and LangGraph
• Deep proficiency in Python for AI pipelines APIs and orchestration
• Experience with opensource LLMs Llama Mistral Falcon Mixtral etc
• Experience deploying fullstack enterprise applications
• Experience with vector database design and optimization
• Handson experience integrating solutions with Microsoft Copilot
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes Docker CICD microservices and cloud deployment patterns
• Experience with AI evaluation observability and model governance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of testing frameworks pytest automated regression for RAG dataset-driven tests
• Experience with distributed RAG architectures or GPU optimization
• Contributions to opensource AI frameworks
